In a ceremony held last night in Mastersons Bar and Restaurant, Awards were presented to Achill Rovers underage players. Presenting the awards was former Achill Rovers manager Tom Mullens who is currently Chairman of the Mayo Schoolboys and Youths League.
The award winners were as follows:

Girls U12s Players Player of the Year - Laura Murray
Girls U12s Player of the Year - Rachel Scanlon
U12s Top Scorer 2009 - Brandon McGing
U12s Most Improved Player of the Year - Stephen Kelly
U12s Players Player of the Year - Toirlach Dever
U12s Player of the Year - Tiarnan Cooney
U14s Top Scorer 2009 - Johnathan Fadian
U14s Most Improved Player of the Year - Tristan Carolan
U14s Players Player of the Year - Fiachra McGuire
U14s Player of the Year - Oisin Cooney
U16s Top Scorer 2009 - Nathan Lavelle
U16s Most Improved Player of the Year - Ryan Kilbane
U16s Players Player of the Year - Michael Mullarkey
U16s Player of the Year - Sean Callaghan
The U12s squad also received their medals for winning the Division 4A title this Summer.
